At this time, we are sad to announce that we can no longer recommend Sea Gods paddle boards to our readers. The original ownership has exited the business, and the brand\u2019s assets have been transferred to new ownership.\n<\/p>\n

Since that transition we have been unable to obtain clarity on several key concerns and have also received complaints from our readers about Sea Gods not responding to customer service and warranty requests. As such, we do not have confidence in the customer service or support from the brand. Furthermore, the new ownership made it very clear that they will not be accountable for the financial responsibilities of the previous ownership – including several outstanding affiliate payments owed us for recommendations we made this past year.\n<\/p>\n

We mention the outstanding affiliate payments as when this happens it is often not a sign of financial health for the company – and a significant lack of ethics we believe should exist in the paddling community. The same lack of communication and non-payment of affiliate sales preceded the permanent closure of Gili Sports this time last year.\n<\/p>\n

Due to the lack of communication and unresolved financial and customer service questions, we believe it would be irresponsible to continue recommending Sea Gods products. Until these issues are clearly resolved and communicated, we advise readers against purchasing anything from Sea Gods.\n<\/p>\n

The Seagods Elemental Wave CX iSUP is a beautiful rendition of a classic all-around board. At 10\u20196x32x6 and an oval build, it is the standard shape and size of an all-around iSUP in today\u2019s market. However\u2026<\/p>\n

My favorite aspect of SeaGods as a whole is their ability to be a fierce competitor in the modern iSUP world without having to reinvent a standard. In the case of the Elemental Wave CX, SeaGods took the standard shape and size of an all-around board and made it truly stand out.<\/p>\n

The Elemental Wave CX is lightweight and zippy on the water. It is a great introductory board because of its stability, as well as an impressive board for more advanced paddlers because of its sportiness and surprising speed. <\/p>\n

In our Seagods Elemental Wave CX Review, we will give an in-depth explanation of the new CX (cross-weave) technology and how SeaGods were able to make their lightweight boards even lighter – all while improving the overall performance. <\/p>\n
